Heartland Sings is a nonprofit vocal music production company. The company features a core of full-time Vocal Artists, part-time vocal artists, and a volunteer symphonic chorus. Full-time or part-time vocal artists are paid positions and applicants must complete an advanced application and audition process. Our volunteer vocalists also audition, though it requires a less extensive application and audition process and is conducted on a periodic basis as the need arises. 

Full-time Vocal Artists
Heartland Sings is actively seeking and auditioning available artists. We encourage all interested vocalists to submit audition materials for pre-qualification.  Should positions become available, we will contact artists for an on-site audition.  Successful candidates will join an artistic staff that features the founding artistic director, several full-time vocal artists and 24 part-time vocal artists. As of July 1, salaries start at $35,000.00 per year plus benefits, which include vacation, healthcare, and retirement. Additional compensation is possible from special bookings, solo appearances, and bonuses.

Part-time Vocal Artists
Heartland Sings regularly auditions part-time vocal artists. Part-time vocal artists are contracted on an annual basis, and compensated on a per-concert basis. Auditions are conducted on a quarterly basis and positions in the ensemble are filled when available.
